WHAT CAN WE DO TO KEEP YOU AS A MEMBER?

Cancel Your Membership

We received notice that you would like to cancel your membership. We hate to see you go. Would you like a call from one of our Membership Directors to see if we can help you resolve any issues and keep you as a St. Joseph Country Club member?

If you must cancel, please note the following:

Memberships are not considered canceled until this form is completed and submitted.

We require a 30 day notice of cancellation. This will most likely result in one more additional billing cycle before your account is closed. You will retain full member benefits during this time with the exception of being able to charge incidentals to your account.

You may be contacted by a Membership Director to verify the details and reason for cancellation, as well as if you requested a refund for any charges.

If you decide you would like to rejoin the club at a future date, you will be subject to the then current initiation fee amount.

We have enjoyed having you as a member and would love to retain you. If that is not possible now, we look forward to you hopefully returning at a later date.
