Your Cancellation Request Has Been Received
Thank you for submitting your St. Joseph Country Club Cancellation Form. Just as a reminder:
Memberships are not considered canceled until this form is completed and submitted.
We require a 30-day notice of cancellation. This will most likely result in one more additional billing cycle before your account is closed. You will retain full member benefits during this time with the exception of being able to charge incidentals to your account.
You may be contacted by a Membership Director to verify the details and reason for cancellation, as well as if you requested a refund for any charges.
If you decide you would like to rejoin the club at a future date, you will be subject to the then-current initiation fee amount.
You will receive an email confirmation when your account cancellation has been processed.
We have enjoyed having you as a member and would love to retain you. If that is not possible now, we look forward to you hopefully returning at a later date.
